We regretfully acknowledge the receipt of your letter together with your telegram. We have already got the goods packed yesterday and spent a sum of ____________ (Amount) on packing. We shall be glad to cancel your order in case you agree to pay packing charge of ____________ (Amount).
You will please appreciate that we are justified in this demand as all expenses are payable by the ordering party and we hope you will not misunderstand us.
